Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a pre-litigation attorney to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in their growing Nashville, TN office. The role involves managing pre-litigation work and guiding clients through the case process, focusing primarily on personal injury cases, including premises liability. Duties Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work. Complete Flip-to-Lit approval. Guide clients through the case process. Draft and file pre-litigation documents. Complete TD approval for liability issues. Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation. Manage the release approval process. Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers. Drive compliance and KPIs among the team. Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements. Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the TN State Bar Association. 2+ years of personal injury experience. Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Desire to become part of a trial team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active TN State Bar membership. Skills Strong leadership and team management.
