Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric Home Health

Sign-On Bonus Opportunity!

Eligible candidates may qualify for a $500 sign-on bonus as part of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout structure will be discussed early in the interview process.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
