Job Details CHA provides 24‑hour emergency care at Cambridge and Everett Hospitals. The department is one of the busiest in Massachusetts with approximately 100,000 annual visits. The environment is fast‑paced, high‑pressure, and constantly changing with rapid patient turnover. Responsibilities Provide quality care to acute patients and their families according to CHA standards of nursing practice. Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care in a professional manner. Communicate effectively and maintain strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications and Experience Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred. Current Massachusetts RN license required. American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required. TNCC certification preferred. 1–2 years of Emergency RN experience required. Basic computer EMR proficiency required. Successfully complete a job‑specific physical agility exam.
