Shipping Specialist (SAP)

Boulder, CO | $20–$22/hr | 1st Shift

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk with expertise in SAP and warehouse management systems to join our logistics team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient processing of shipments, accurate inventory management, and seamless order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, proficiency with shipping and receiving procedures, and familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic supply chain environment, supporting e-commerce operations and warehouse distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Pull materials and components using SAP and RF scanners
• Support assembly and production teams with accurate material flow
• Manage inventory transactions, shortages, and cycle counts
• Fill material requisitions and work orders in SAP
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
• Keep inventory accurate, organized, and audit-ready

Requirements

• Hands-on SAP experience (required)
• Shipping, inventory, or materials experience in manufacturing
• Experience using RF scanners and computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

SCHEDULE & PAY:

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Overtime as needed

Pay: $20–$22/hr (based on SAP and inventory experience)
