Generate new business through outbound calls, prospecting, lead follow-up, and referrals.

Connect with potential customers, identify their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Prepare quotes, explain policy benefits, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.

Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.

Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through consistent communication, policy reviews, and follow-up.

Manage an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools to track prospects, opportunities, and renewals.

Work toward individual production goals while contributing to the agency's overall growth.

Stay informed on insurance products, industry updates, and applicable compliance requirements.

Participate in team meetings, sales coaching, and ongoing professional development.

What We're Looking For

Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred (1+ year).

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with prospective customers.

Confidence making outbound calls, initiating conversations, and closing sales.

A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to increase earning potential.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

A positive attitude, willingness to accept feedback, and eagerness to learn.
