LPN/LVNGeneral medical surgical floor. Designated unit for stroke and neuro patients. Max capacity of 43 patients with current bed count at 34. Day shift includes 1 charge, 8 RNs, 3 techs, and 1 unit secretary if at max capacity. Night shift includes 1 charge, 8 RNs, 1 tech, and 1 unit secretary if at max capacity. Patient ratios are 5:1. Unit is equipped with remote tele monitoring. Utilizes Meditech for EMR. Candidates must have experience to be considered for the role. Best personality fit is upbeat, engaged, and compassionate. Dress code requires scrub color navy. Recognition includes multiple Daisy awards and has been stroke certified for quality care. Unit has maintained over 850 days free from CAUTI.
