Serving as a product expert in the Portfolio Management capabilities of LeasingOS, the full-time remote Product Support Specialist will train brokers, conduct quality reviews of lease data, and support the lease abstraction process while ensuring high standards of accuracy and service. Key responsibilities Deliver training and walkthroughs to help brokers effectively use the Portfolio Management section of LeasingOS Conduct detailed quality reviews of abstracted lease data, identifying and resolving discrepancies Act as a point of contact for the offshore abstraction team, addressing their queries to ensure smooth delivery Required qualifications Experience in lease abstraction or lease administration with the ability to identify issues in lease data Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality work and service Strong interpersonal skills to manage time-sensitive conversations effectively Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Interest in AI-supported workflows and a self-directed approach to continuous learning
