Contract | Travel | 12-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: July 12, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit in an inpatient hospital setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes in condition to the appropriate care team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, quality, and compassionate patient outcomes
• Adhere to all facility policies, Joint Commission standards, and state regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; New Mexico licensure or compact eligibility required
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• All required certifications must be obtained and verified prior to start date
• Must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify as a travel candidate
• Must comply with New Mexico State fingerprinting requirement (LPNT): all clinical staff must be fingerprinted before hire and provide documentation that the check is being processed; travelers may begin on a 14-day waiver under supervision while awaiting results

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Joint Commission accredited hospital environment
• Familiarity with Chest Pain Center or Stroke Center protocols
• Prior travel nursing experience with demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
