Job Description Job Description Ensure that all building systems are organized with air conditioning, heating,appliancesand plumbing facilities in good working order Diagnose and repair routine problems such as clogged toilets, leakages, minor electrical problems,etc Identifyand complete if possible routine preventive maintenance to reduce the risk of future problems In conjunction with the property manager,identifythe need for external professionalsrequiredto carry out repairs Develop andmaintaingood working relationships with external professional toensurethat work is completed accurately and at a fair price Respond to and complete tenant maintenance requests ona timelybasis Develop andmaintainprofessional relationships with tenants and ensure that tenant work requests are completed accurately and ona timelybasis Proactivelyidentifyfuture maintenance needs and communicate them to the property manager and corporate office Ensure that the property ismaintainedin a safe manner for tenants,visitorsand contractors Remove unsightly trash if necessary Remove equipment etc. that may be hazardous Ensure that mowing and snow removal and salting are performed promptly and efficiently Ensure that all maintenance,paintingand cleaning are done ona timelybasis to allow quick turn over of apartments Provide assistanceasrequiredto other maintenance technicians, propertymanagersand new hires Company Description Team oriented company managing 35 rental properties in Wisconsin and northern Illinois Company Description Team oriented company managing 35 rental properties in Wisconsin and northern Illinois
