What We Offer- Competitive Pay : $37-42/hour based on benefits chosen
- Sign-On Bonus :
- $5/hour up to $10,000
- Respiratory Unit Bonus : Additional $1/hour
- Mileage Reimbursement : For commutes over 20 miles (up to 50 miles round trip)
- Health Insurance : 6 months of individual coverage for full-time nurses is reimbursed when opted into insurance

Responsibilities:
- Deliver and coordinate patient care using the nursing process
- Ensure positive clinical outcomes and maintain compliance
- Supervise and support CNAs and QMAs
- Excellent documentation

Requirements:Requirements of the Registered Nurse:
- Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana (Compact Licenses Accepted)
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
- Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
