Home Health Intake Specialist - Care Access & Coordination

ProSource in Houston is seeking an Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients entering our home health care services. You will manage referrals, verify insurance, and coordinate with physicians and case managers to streamline admissions. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of intake experience, solid knowledge of Kinnser/WellSky and AIDEN/AIDA, plus strong communication and organizational skills.
