Job Description:

Join our team this as a Garden Center Sales Associate! Were looking for passionate individuals who love plants and want to help our customers find the perfect additions for their homes and gardens.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:Help customers with plant selections and answer their questions about care and maintenance.
Plant Diagnosis:Identify and diagnose issues such as fungus, pests, or other plant health concerns.
Inventory Management:Maintain the quality of plants and merchandise, ensuring that everything is well-stocked and visually appealing.
Knowledge Application:Understand various plant types and their specific environmental needs to provide tailored advice to customers.
Stocking and Unloading:Assist in unloading delivery trucks and stocking merchandise efficiently.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
Availability:Flexible to work weekdays and weekends.
Passion for Plants:A genuine enthusiasm for horticulture and a desire to share that passion with customers.
Experience:Previous experience in a retail or gardening environment is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
