We’re hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Private Duty Nursing case in a school setting—supporting one student during the school day. Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs (including trach/vent) across all ages, while supporting families and ensuring safe, high-quality care.

• 1:1 care (no juggling patients)
• School hours = nights, weekends, and holidays off Mon-Fri 9:30a-4pm
• Predictable schedule
• Supportive school team + responsive agency

What You’ll Do

Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs (including trach/vent) across all ages, while supporting families and ensuring safe, high-quality care. Been a while or next worked with trach/vent but want to learn? We GOT YOU ! This is a place where we support skill growth.

• Provide nursing care for one student during the school day
• Follow an individualized care plan
• Collaborate with school staff as needed
• Be a steady, trusted presence for your student

Position Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina or a compact state

• Current CPR certification (in-person only)

• TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
