Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and licensing requirements. Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning. Utilize marketing tools and resources to grow your client base. Attend hybrid meetings, including in-person team collaboration, as required. Participate in structured coaching and mentorship programs. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be authorized to work in the US. No prior experience in finance is required - comprehensive training is provided. Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed. Demonstrated leadership or a proven track record of success.
