Our client is seeking an experienced Production Planner to manage end-to-end production scheduling, material coordination, and capacity planning within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures that production activities align with customer demand, resource availability, and operational goals. Success requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional communication, and the ability to anticipate and resolve scheduling challenges.

• Collaborate with sales to integrate demand forecasts into production plans.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all production orders and documentation.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Determine outsourcing needs based on plant capacity, lead times, and customer requirements.
• Identify capacity constraints and recommend solutions to improve throughput and reduce delays.
• Use MRP systems to manage material requirements, monitor inventory levels, and release work orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution to ensure smooth production flow.
• Participate in regular production meetings to review performance, resolve conflicts, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize labor and equipment utilization.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Production Planner, Material Planner, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of MRP, production planning, and supply chain principles.
