Specialist, HVAC Technician What this job involves Develop your engineering career at JLL! The Specialist, HVAC Technician supports operation, inspection and maintenance processes to mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems. You will work as part of an engineering team of 2 at a 237,000 square foot Class A office building in Baltimore. Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 7:30 to 4:00pm + rotating on-call (1 week on call every 4 weeks) What your day-to-day will look like Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to: painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts, plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenance (as allowed by any licensing requirements) Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requests Perform assigned preventive maintenance and inspection tasks Support on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable) Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controls Comply with all safety procedures Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs Other projects and tasks to be assigned On-site presence required Complete job description available on JLL's internal portal Required Qualifications 3+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance) Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) Ability to lift up to 50lbs Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive Strong customer service skills This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position 83,512.00 - 82,512.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
