Assistant Corporate Controller

Our client, a large privately held professional services organization, is seeking an Assistant Corporate Controller to join its corporate accounting team in Miami. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants real ownership: you'll drive the monthly close, strengthen the control environment, and partner directly with the Corporate Controller and CFO on reporting, audit, and process improvement across a multi-division organization. What you'll own: The monthly close process, start to finish Reconciliation quality and internal controls maturity Job costing and margin visibility across divisions Audit execution and best practices implementation What you bring: CPA is required, and a Master's in accounting or related field is a plus 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, ideally with Big Four or mid- to large-market company background with operating exposure Comfort in a high-volume, services-based billing environment If you're a strong technical accountant who's ready to step into a role with real visibility to senior leadership, let's talk. #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
