Primary Functions of the Shop Mechanic: The Shop Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing and repairing construction equipment with a primary focus on heavy duty trucks, trailers and pickup trucks. Main Responsibilities and Qualifications of the Shop Mechanic: Able to follow company safety rules and regulations Minimum of 2 years prior experience Must provide own hand tools Inspect, diagnose, and repair company equipment Order parts and supplies as needed for repairs to be performed Maintain accurate records of time, parts, and materials Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and climb onto equipment (3-4 ft) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Ability to work in varied weather and shop conditions Notify management of any company equipment or vehicles that are not serviceable What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
