Sales Estimator

Location: Phoenix Metro (East Valley based in Apache Junction, AZ)

At Harte's,  sales and estimating are combined in a single seat . Our Sales Estimator develops new residential and commercial opportunities, builds accurate estimates, keeps the pipeline current in  GoHighLevel , and prepares fully packaged deals for final close. We're adding our first dedicated Sales Estimator to lead the front end of our sales process -- we're looking for someone to own this role, set the standard, and drive opportunities from first contact to signed deal.

Responsibilities

As our Sales Estimator, you'll own the front end of the sales process end to end:

• Hunt for new residential and commercial work and build a pipeline from scratch
• Qualify leads and book your own meetings -- with GCs, builders, networking groups, and building-product reps
• Read prints, build takeoffs, and turn estimates around fast
• Load proposals in JobTread and keep the pipeline clean in GoHighLevel
• Prep every deal so it hits the closing table ready to sign

Qualifications

• A background in building-product or construction sales -- exterior products, a manufacturer or supplier rep role, or GC-facing sales
• A hunter -- comfortable doing outbound and building a book from scratch
• Solid sales fundamentals -- you've run a funnel, controlled a room, and closed
• Ability to read prints and build a takeoff, or the mechanical background to pick it up fast
• Hungry and coachable, ready to grow with the company
• Comfortable in tech -- JobTread, GoHighLevel, or tools like them

Bonus Points

• Estimating experience in residential or commercial construction
• Existing relationships with local GCs and builders
• Hands-on JobTread or GoHighLevel experience

Pay & Details

• Compensation: Base salary + variable/commission -- total earning potential $80,000 - $130,000/year based on experience and sales performance
• Employment type: Full-time, exempt
• Location: Based in Apache Junction; projects throughout the Phoenix metro/East Valley
