Part-Time | Home Health Aide - Assisted Living & Memory Care

Schedule: 11:00pm-7:30am | 32 hours per two-week pay period. Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday

Pay Range: $19.10 – $25.91 per hour (based on experience) | *Same Day Pay Available*

The Difference You’ll Make

We are seeking two Home Health Aides to join us on our overnight shift! Make a meaningful difference at night as a Home Health Aide at Saint Therese. This critical overnight role is essential to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You'll provide hands-on care, compassionate support, and meaningful companionship while working alongside a dedicated care team to help residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. -Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers)

-Administer medications per training and policy

-Complete accurate, timely documentation in the electronic charting system

-Observe and report physical or behavioral changes to nursing staff

-Provide companionship and support with daily engagement activities

-Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support resident care plans

Minimum Qualifications

-6+ months of caregiving experience in senior care facility setting.

-Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment within scope of practice

-Strong reliability and dependability with consistent attendance and accountability

-Effective verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to document care accurately and timely in required systems

-Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate with nurses and care team members

-Ability to follow care plans, supervisor direction, and established policies and procedures

-Ability to safely lift, move, and transfer residents in accordance with training and safety guidelines

-Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

-HHA or CNA certification in the State of Minnesota
