What You Will Be DoingOversee the client experience including deadline management and client expectationscalculate tax effects of transactions, conduct technical tax research and manager tax partner expectations handle billing/wip managementreview returns and manage tax workflowcoordinate multiple team engagements, deadlines and schedules Help develop Senior and Staff accountants both technically and professionally build strong relationships and interact regularly with clientsResponsible for strategy and growth of the firm's tax services, including identifying market trends, anticipating opportunities, and developing go-to-market strategies/plansServe and build relationships with clients, monitoring client service and value proposition, acting as trusted advisor to ensure we are a premium providerWhat You Need for this PositionAt least 6 years in public accounting with an emphasis in taxation Experienced with both Individual and Business taxHNWI and/or Trust/Estate expertise is a huge plus Proven experience managing teams/engagements Proven success with business development and the ability to drive businessCPA licenseM.S. in Taxation is preferredWhat's In It for YouCompetitive base pay ($110k- $160k) DOEPartner TrackUnlimited PTOAnnual Bonus401k with 4% match 1500 hour billable goal.
