Head of Project Management

Alamo Structural Steel, LLC is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and assist in growing and expanding our brand within South and West Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management methodologies and tools, focusing on delivering successful projects within scope, budget, and schedule. The Project Manager will manage the client relationship and develop and maintain high-level customer service with internal and external stakeholders. This includes managing all activities associated with project implementation, from development, review of estimates, and projects within budget to project completion and closeout. Ensure all details of projects are documented. Monitor costs associated with projects and meet with project Executives, Senior Project managers (s), and/or CFOs regarding project budgets. Ensure all terms of the contract(s) and obligations are adequately maintained. Comply with AISC policies and procedures as well as OSHA safety standards. Visit job sites as required. Assure proper accounting for project change orders, including estimating budgets for said change orders. Knowledge of the steel construction industry AISC standards and AWS codes. Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
