DAY TO DAY AS A BILINGUAL CONTACT CENTER SPECIALIST

As a Bilingual Contact Center Specialist at Greenville Federal Credit Union, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our members. In this position, you will assist members with a variety of account‑related needs, including online banking support, debit and credit card services, and general account inquiries. Through professional, clear, and friendly communication, you will help members understand our products and services while identifying solutions that best fit their financial goals. Success in this role requires strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating positive member experiences. You will accurately document member interactions in our CRM system, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure compliance with credit union policies and procedures. As a valued member of our Contact Center team, you will have opportunities for continuous learning, professional growth, and development while contributing to team goals and delivering outstanding service to our members. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A BILINGUAL CONTACT CENTER SPECIALIST To be successful as a Bilingual Contact Center Specialist at Greenville Federal Credit Union, candidates should possess strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Qualified candidates must be fluent in Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and communicate professionally in both languages. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and up to one year of customer service, sales, retail, or contact center experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is also required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role. The ideal candidate can clearly explain financial products, services, and procedures in a way that is easy for members to understand while demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others will contribute to success in this fast‑paced, member‑focused environment. Note: This position may be assigned to work from home based on the needs of the credit union.
