Full‑Time | 2nd Shift

We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician for a well‑run food manufacturing facility . This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting production equipment in a food‑grade environment and wants strong pay, steady hours, and long‑term stability.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on food production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Work on conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and processing equipment
• Respond to breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Support equipment changeovers and production needs
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards
• Document work using maintenance logs or CMMS
• Partner with production and sanitation teams to keep operations running safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or USDA‑regulated facilities
• Strong hands‑on mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, motors, sensors, VFDs, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Experience working around sanitation and food‑safety requirements
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with operators and leadership
• Comfortable working on 2nd shift
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have

• PLC troubleshooting
• Welding or fabrication experience
• CMMS experience
• High‑volume food production

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
