Job Opportunity

No prior experience required. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Selling cabanas and VIP seating in an efficient and friendly manner
• Assisting customers to their rentals while providing exceptional customer service by explaining park rides, slides, and attractions
• Informing customers on park rides, slides, and attractions
• Receiving payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or gift cards
• Offering additional products, such as Breeze Passes, to provide the best park experience
• Assisting customers with questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
• Maintaining knowledge of the rules and regulations of the water park (including attraction requirements such as height restrictions, weight restrictions, proper riding position, etc.)
• Maintaining cleanliness of rentals throughout each day
• Assisting the Food & Beverage service team to achieve superior customer service
• Creating and delivering balloon bouquets to guests who have purchased a Celebration Package
• Following Park policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to operate a computer, computer software, cash register, and credit card machine
• Approachable, outgoing, and excited about suggestive selling
• Ability to accept guidance and supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
• Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection

Physical requirements include:

• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 30 pounds

We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date. Details about eligibility requirements for the Retention Bonus will be provided at a later date.
