Additionally, you will conduct data analysis to extract critical scenarios from fleet data and simulation data, contributing to the enhancement of our autonomous driving system's decision-making capabilities. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly, and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. The Role:· Design, prototype, engineer, test, release and launch cutting edge features for ADAS/Autonomous Driving. · Conduct research to come up with state-of-the-art machine learning based planning and prediction solutions and have the drive and expertise to take such solution to production.Qualifications:Must haves:- Proficiency in C++ & Python, with 3+ years of academic/industry experience specifically with relevant libraries used for data analysis and management.- Demonstrated expertise in software design principles, with a focus on creating scalable and efficient data management systems.- Understanding and exposure to non-ML planning methods.- Conduct research to come up with state-of-the-art machine learning based planning and prediction solutions and have the drive and expertise to take such solution to production.Preferable:- 3+ years of academic/industry experience in ML development, with a solid understanding of its applications in large-scale data systems. - Experience with porting trained models to embedded platforms and solid fundamentals in c++. - Background in one of these areas' perception, environment modeling , prediction or planning as part of ADAS/AD software stack or equivalent robotic applications. - Experience Large scale data processing for perception and planning stack in Autonomous Driving or other robotic applications is a plus. - Academic or practical experience in imitation learning, reinforcement learning, simulation etc.Education:· BS or MS/PhD (preferred) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Data Science.At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
