Under the general supervision of the Supervisor Diagnostic Imaging and the Manager Diagnostic Imaging, the Senior Radiologic Technologist will perform a variety of radiographic/fluoroscopic procedures using the proper radiation safety practices. Performs various diagnostic radiographic procedures according to accepted department protocols and hospital policies and procedures. Performs a variety of radiographic procedures for patients of any age group for diagnostic purposes according to department, hospital, and regulatory agency standards. Assist Radiologist and referring physicians as needed to perform radiographic procedures. In addition, the Senior Radiology Technologist will work closely with the radiologists, other modalities, inpatient and outpatient ancillary departments, and will serve as a liaison to scheduling and referring physician offices. Required Qualifications: * Coursework/Training: Must maintain required continuing education hours necessary to renew license/certification.
