This position will be responsible for operating and maintaining HVAC / boiler / hydronic systems on the USD Campus. General duties will include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems, steam boiler operations and performance monitoring during the heating season, assisting in campus steam start up and shut down as required, and repairing and maintaining hydronic systems on campus including pumps, valve, motors, etc. Previous experience with commercial HVAC / boiler operations, refrigeration equipment, or commercial kitchen equipment is strongly preferred.
