Requirements:

BCBA Certification

State License

Proven experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism

Passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.

Flexible and adaptable approach to work commitments

Schedule:

Flexible, with full-time or part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

Report to and take direction from the Clinical Director

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize care delivery

Implement the Company’s clinical policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, state regulations, and Choice ABA's documentation standards in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Team

Fulfill all BCBA responsibilities for assigned clients, including:

Conducting assessments and reassessments

Developing individualized treatment plans

Providing clinical supervision and parent training

Participate in trainings, events, and professional development opportunities

Enter billable hours in Central Reach within the required time frame

Support BCBA fieldwork supervision and serve as RBT supervisor as needed, under the direction of the Clinical Director

Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
