Additional Benefits Competitive Health, Medical & Dental 401(k) Plan Paid Time Off & Vacation Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Family-Owned & Operated Culture Service Technician Responsibilities Perform work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and to the highest standards Complete Video MPIs using Xtime to promote transparency and customer trust Diagnose, maintain, and repair engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and more Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and special service tools Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs Communicate clearly with Service Advisors, Shop Foreman, and Service Manager Execute Customer Pay, Warranty, and Internal repairs to manufacturer specifications We believe in doing the job right the first time.
