Construction Quality Control Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary ($130,000–$160,000 DOE) Company-provided housing for yourself and dependents while on assignment Company vehicle and paid utilities Employer-paid quarterly trips home Foreign income tax exclusion eligibility Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Life insurance Health Savings Account Paid time off Construction Quality Control Manager Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology or similar 5+ years of combined experience in the commercial construction industry as a superintendent, quality control manager, project manager, or project engineer 2+ years of direct experience as a quality control manager on large-scale projects with healthcare, hospital, or equivalent operational complexity Current USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certificate (required) Level 1 EM 385-1-1 , CRP , First Aid , and OSHA 30-hour certifications (can be obtained with company support) Computer proficiency with standard business software Construction Quality Control Manager Preferred Background & Skills Experience with medical facility projects and/or the Department of Defense contracts LEED AP, AP+, or Green Associate certification Specialty inspection training or certifications Familiarity with project management and quality software (e.g., Viewpoint/Vista, RMS/QCS) Construction Quality Control Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and oversee project-specific quality control plans Ensure compliance with contract documents and customer requirements Complete all quality documentation and administrative reporting on schedule Support site teams with best practices in quality assurance and regulatory compliance Cultivate strong client relationships and consistently deliver customer satisfaction Manage on-site quality inspections, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement This is an exceptional opportunity for a quality-driven leader seeking to further their career on a high-profile assignment while receiving competitive compensation and robust benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
