Their mission is to automate and streamline workflows across the entire lifecycle of Terran R, from raw material intake to launch operations and eventually manufacturing on Mars. Today, that means partnering directly with teams across design, materials, manufacturing, and test and launch to design, implement, and deploy end user enterprise-wide applications, industrial automation, data analytics infrastructure, and next-generation AI to solve real problems and accelerate progress. Long term, the team is laying the groundwork for a modular, scalable software platform that can power highly autonomous operations on Earth and beyond. This is a team for builders and thinkers who thrive on cross-functional impact and want to shape the digital backbone of our future in space.About the Role:We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise applications, with a focus on ERP/MES systems within a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, improve system functionality, and support ongoing system initiatives. Ideal candidate will be proficient in process improvement and automating support workflows. Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications, including troubleshooting system issues and responding to user inquiriesPartner with business stakeholders to understand issues, gather requirements, and support process improvementsAssist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and updatesAnalyze system behavior and user feedback to identify trends and recommend improvementsDocument processes, known issues, and solutions to support knowledge sharing and scalabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Software Engineering, Product, and Operations to resolve issues and support system changesSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and training efforts for new features or system updatesAbout You:Foundational understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, HRIS, or similar platformsAbility to troubleshoot technical issues and translate business needs into clear problem statementsStrong communication skills with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical teamsComfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical mindset with an interest in improving business processes through technologyBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceNice to haves but not required: Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environmentsExperience supporting or working with ERP/MES or related systems (e.g., WMS, PLM, QMS)Familiarity with system configuration, data analysis, or process documentationExperience with integrating AI into user support workflows (creating agents, AI-assisted support automation)Experience participating in system implementations or enhancement projectsAt Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
