Our organization is on the lookout for a Medical Director of Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services near the Jersey Shore!

We are currently in search of a qualified, board-certified Adult Psychiatrist to take on the role of Medical Director of Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services at Monmouth Medical Center, located in Long Branch, NJ.

The Medical Director for Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services (PESS) at MMC will oversee the coordination of medical staff and clinical staffing activities while also providing direct patient care at the Psychiatric Emergency Screening Service locations. This role involves leading and participating in team meetings, treatment planning, patient disposition, and fulfilling other certification requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified in Adult Psychiatry by the ABPN

  • Licensed in New Jersey or eligible for licensure in NJ

  • Experience in an inpatient setting is preferred

  • Energetic, adaptable, and a strong team player

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this position is between $315,000 and $445,000 annually.

The final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's educational qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
