Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for its Babylon, NY location to perform blood collections, process specimens, and deliver patient service in a clinical setting. Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–3:00 PM with rotating Saturday hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Enter patient information accurately and maintain specimen logs
- Process billing and collect patient payments
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and provide customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Three months or more phlebotomy experience
- Pass standardized color blindness test
- Reliable transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $17.75–$26.00 per hour
