Manage high profile commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects from award through closeout.

ColonialWebb is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead complex mechanical construction projects across Data Centers, Healthcare, Advanced Manufacturing, Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, and Life Sciences facilities. • Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, and cost control
• Lead contract administration and change order negotiations
• Manage procurement activities and material purchasing
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Collaborate with field leadership to ensure successful project execution
• Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
• Identify risks, solve challenges, and keep projects on track
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

• Experience managing commercial or industrial mechanical construction projects
• Background in HVAC, piping, plumbing, process piping, or industrial construction
• Strong financial management and forecasting skills
• Experience negotiating change orders and managing project budgets
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
