Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Experience: Recent experience with EPIC required
License: Registered Nurse licensure required
Certifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required
- Basic Life Support certification required

The role involves observing, evaluating, and coordinating patient care.

Essential Functions:
Collects relevant data about patient health or situations.
Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
Develops care plans with specific interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
Implements care plans and coordinates delivery of care.
Employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
Evaluates progress toward achieving patient outcomes.


Connects electrocardiogram leads and notifies the physician of any changes.
Records and analyzes hemodynamic parameters.
Monitors patients and reports any changes in their condition.
Operates specialized equipment accurately throughout procedures.
Collaborates with healthcare providers to ensure safe and quality patient care.
Provides learning opportunities for patients and families.


Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Unit bed count: 25.
