Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Part-Time Recruitment/Registration Coordinator to support a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering young girls and developing future leaders.

This individual will conduct in-person recruitment and registration efforts throughout local schools and community organizations, execute established outreach strategies, and serve as a positive representative of the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys flexible part-time work, community engagement, and making a meaningful impact.

Must-Haves

• Available to work Monday–Thursday evenings (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Comfortable driving on expressways and throughout assigned territories
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable conducting in-person presentations and community outreach
• Ability to maintain accurate records and provide weekly updates

Responsibilities:
· Conducts school and community meetings to register members.
· Implements membership recruiting strategies as provided by Recruitment Manager.
· Prepares a status report for weekly meetings with Recruitment Manager to monitor progress.
