Responsibilities Desert View Hospital is a 25-bed, acute care hospital set in a rural community. Desert View provides safe and competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. We provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Two years Business College a plus. Experience: Five years of secretarial experience, with two years as an Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant. Healthcare experience preferred. Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet and database. Ability to take and transcribe minutes. License/Certifications: None Other: Must be able to deal appropriately with highly sensitive and confidential material.
