We pride ourselves on fast response times, quality workmanship, and restoring peace of mind for our clients when they need it most.Job SummaryThe Project Manager oversees restoration projects from initial assessment through final completion, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role serves as the primary point of contact between clients, crews, subcontractors, and insurance carriers, and requires strong leadership on active job sites throughout the greater NYC and Long Island area.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day management of water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation projects from start to finishConduct on-site inspections and develop accurate scopes of work using XactimateCoordinate and supervise crews, technicians, and subcontractors on active job sitesSchedule projects, order materials/equipment, and manage job costs to meet budget and profitability goalsMaintain thorough job file documentation (photos, moisture logs, daily reports) for insurance billingCommunicate directly with property owners, adjusters, and carriers to explain scope, timeline, and progressNegotiate and agree on scope of repairs with insurance adjustersEnsure compliance with industry-standard safety policies, procedures, and building codesRespond to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotation for after-hours/weekend jobsIdentify and resolve delays, complications, or client concerns quickly and professionallyRequirements2+ years of project management experience, restoration/mitigation industry preferredProficiency with Xactimate software requiredWorking knowledge of water, fire, and mold restoration processesStrong organizational, communication, and customer service skillsValid, clean driver's license and reliable personal transportationAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends as neededMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; fluent English requiredEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent (required); construction/business-related coursework a plusWork LocationIn person — job sites throughout NYC, Nassau, Suffolk, and surrounding areas. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
