Maintenance Mechanic

Location: 1309 Kilgore Drive, Henderson, TX 75652, USA Position Overview Red River Brick, a premier brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support plant operations at our Henderson, Texas manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a mechanically skilled individual with experience in preventive maintenance, repair, and equipment troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on motors, conveyors, pneumatic tools, and production machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagrams, manuals, and measuring instruments. Remove and replace defective parts using hand, power, and welding tools. Fabricate repair parts and assist with machinery fabrication as needed. Maintain inventory, document work completed, and communicate equipment needs. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Lift up to 75–100 lbs as required. Skills & Qualifications Mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance experience. Welding and basic fabrication skills. Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and manuals. Proficiency with hand, power, and precision tools. Strong problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication skills. Commitment to workplace safety and reliability.
