Position SummaryWe are currently hiring for Business and Technology Strategy Principal Consultant positions in our Consulting organization. You will work as a critical part of an interdisciplinary team to help clients transform their business, strengthen their competitive position, and solve their most pressing problems. As part of the select, high-growth Consulting team, you will have exposure to senior leaders and a start up like atmosphere, with the support of a stable, global company. As a Principal Consultant you will play a vital role with the client, building relationships and driving value-based outcomes. You will have opportunities to lead small teams of consultants on a large project, or manage multiple small to medium-sized projects, developing leadership skills and advancing your career. Successful applicants for this position will start in either Winter, Spring or Summer 2022. Roles will be based in our regional hub cities: Atlanta, Chicago, Charlotte, Nashville, New York.This is a full-time salaried position, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that begins on your first day of employment. Selected candidates will participate in an intensive training and development program before alignment with a variety of projects/engagements.
