Account Executive (Commercial HVAC) | Tampa, FL

- Go out and win: Prospect, network, and close large commercial HVAC and mechanical projects
- Turn complexity into opportunity: Review drawings, shape solutions, and deliver proposals that land deals
- Build relationships that pay: Get in front of decision-makers and expand accounts into long-term revenue streams
- Commercial HVAC expertise
- Mechanical engineering / technical acumen
- New business development (hunter mindset)
- Estimating and proposal creation
- Ability to interpret and adjust mechanical drawings
- Relationship building and account growth
- Negotiation and closing
- Prospecting and cold outreach
- Pipeline management (CRM discipline)
- Strong communication with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Base around $100K (flexible for the right person)
- Uncapped commission : $23K-$30K+ Year 1, with the potential to double your base in a few years
- True growth role-you're not inheriting scraps, you're building something
- Backed by a major, stable organization with strong resources
- Laid-back, collaborative Tampa team-no egos, just producers
- Vehicle allowance + mileage reimbursement
- Do you have 4-10+ years in commercial HVAC or mechanical sales?
- Have you closed large-scale service, retrofit, or capital HVAC projects ?
- Can you confidently read and manipulate mechanical drawings?
