Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you'll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In this role, the Medical Assistant will:Perform a high volume of phlebotomyMaintain supplies for the blood drawing stationsEnsure lab specimens are sent to proper labsDocument patient care services utilizing daily logs and patient recordsUtilize the computer in entering labs and printing labelsAssist physician or ultrasound technician with various proceduresAssist with HSGs as neededTake vital signs and provide general clinical assistanceAssists with the clinical care of fertility patientsProvides patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructionsProvides pre and post op educationEstablishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' familiesWorks independently to assure the program goals are achievedSupport and promote excellence in customer serviceAdministrative tasks, prior authorizations, etc.What You'll BringWe're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and Skills Include:Strong phlebotomy skillsCompletion of a formal MA programBackground in women's health preferredStrong patient orientation and be a team playerProfessionalism and strong customer service skills is a mustMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
