We have several elderly clients in need of LTC and are dependent on your caring, compassionate and professional skills. Most of these clients live alone, some with family members. Coverage is needed in Brevard, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. Responsibilities Assists patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, baths, shampoo, planning/preparing meals, eating, dressing, ambulation, and changing/making patient’s bed Maintenance of a clean, safe, and healthy environment Remind patient of medication as ordered by the physician Inform DON / case manager of changes in patients’ condition Document activities and findings while submitting documentation as required by company procedures Education & Qualification Requirements 2 Steps TB test or Chest X-Ray (Required) Social Security Card CPR Card (American Heart Association or Red Cross) Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus Benefits Paid training Job Types: W2, 1099, FT, PT Pay Rate $15.00 - $16 per hour depending on level of care Available Schedule 4-8 hours shift Equal Opportunity Employment Compliance LeeKO Home Health LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
