Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily service operations by greeting customers, managing vehicle flow, and ensuring a smooth and organized service experience.
Key Responsibilities - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Follow established procedures to dispatch keys and service repair orders.
- Move and organize customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Assist service advisors and technicians as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in service drive and lot areas.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements: - Must have a valid driver's license (DL).
- Reliable and punctual with strong attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions and established processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Work Environment This position involves working outdoors and in a dealership service environment, including frequent vehicle movement and customer interaction.
