Explore more on Cubic.com.Job Details:Job Summary: The Director of Business Performance & Operations is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the ITS business operates with discipline, visibility, and consistency. This role connects strategy to execution by leading the business operating cadence, coordinating revenue operations, and providing performance transparency across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Integrated Supply Chain (ISC). In addition, this role leads FORCE (Focused on Reaching Cost Excellence)—a structured program to improve cost efficiency, margin performance, and operational discipline across product, supply chain, and business support functions. Working closely with the GM and functional leaders, this role ensures priorities are translated into execution and that performance is clearly measured, understood, and continuously improved. Key Responsibilities Revenue Operations & Performance Visibility - Coordinate revenue operating processes including pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and revenue conversion - Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility - Establish sales process standards and KPI tracking - Support pricing and margin visibility - Ensure CRM data integrity Business Operating Cadence - Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews (WBR, MBR, QBR) - Maintain KPIs and dashboards - Provide clear reporting for decision-making - Track actions and highlight risks Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Coordination - Act as primary interface with ISC - Align demand planning and production priorities - Monitor OTIF, quality, and lead times - Coordinate issue resolution Strategic Planning & Execution Tracking - Support planning cycles - Track KPIs and strategic initiatives - Monitor execution progress Cross-Functional Coordination - Align Sales, Product, Engineering, ISC, and Finance - Improve communication and execution consistency Cost Excellence Leadership (FORCE Program) - Lead FORCE program across product, manufacturing, and SG&A - Track cost savings and margin improvements - Develop dashboards and reporting - Promote cost accountability culture Role Scope This role ensures performance transparency, coordinated execution, and delivery of key initiatives without replacing functional ownership or P&L accountability. Qualifications & Experience - 10+ years in business operations or similar roles - Strong cross-functional experience - Sales ops and supply chain exposure - Experience building KPIs and operating cadence Core Competencies - Business Acumen - Systems Thinking - Execution Focus - Collaboration & Influence - Analytical Capability - Communication Success Measures (First 12 Months) - Improved forecast accuracy - Effective operating cadence - Strong ISC alignment - FORCE implementation progress - Clear dashboards - Improved execution Why This Role Matters This role ensures we run the business with discipline—connecting strategy to execution through strong operating cadence, revenue visibility, and cost management. ments may change over time and according to business need.‎ Cubic Pay Range:$140,630.00 - $261,170.00* + benefits.‎ ‎ *Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
