Bartender – FOH (Tukwila, WA)Here we grow again!We're looking for a Bartender who is personable, knowledgeable, and responsible. You're someone who makes great drinks and keeps the bar a welcoming place to be. You thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and can balance speed and accuracy while following all alcohol service laws. You're comfortable building rapport with guests at the bar and working closely with servers, hosts, and managers to keep front-of-house running smoothly. You enjoy crafting drinks, recommending pairings, and creating an atmosphere guests want to come back to. If you're looking for a role where you can showcase your bar skills and grow with an expanding, multi-state restaurant group, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and guest preferences.Provide excellent guest service by fostering a friendly, professional, and welcoming atmosphere at the bar.Check identification and follow all state, local, and company guidelines for responsible alcohol service and guest safety.Guide guests through the drink and food menu, including recommendations and pairings.Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately and follow all cash-handling procedures.Restock, rotate, and maintain bar inventory, ensuring accuracy and freshness of products.Prepare garnishes and bar mixes and keep the bar well stocked throughout service.Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar and surrounding areas.Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to support smooth service.Complete opening, running, and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and side work.Support fellow team members to keep front-of-house operations running smoothly.Uphold Trapper's Sushi's TRAPCHK core values: Teamwork, Respect, Accountability, Passion, Communication, Honesty, and Kindness.Perform other related duties and support business needs as assigned.What's In It for YouCompensation: $21.65 per hour + tips.Medical insurance: coverage begins the first of the month following two consecutive months of full-time employment.
