We are currently seeking licensed, full-time Chiropractors for our busy Ocala and The Villages, Florida locations.What You'll DoProvide outstanding corrective chiropractic care that produces results and builds lasting patient trustDeliver compelling reports of findings and care-plan presentations that clearly communicate value and convert new patients into committed, long-term membersDrive patient retention and lifetime value through excellent outcomes, education, and a standout patient experiencePartner with the front-desk and clinical teams to keep the schedule full and improve new-patient conversionSupport and participate in community outreach, screenings, and marketing efforts that grow new-patient volumeTrack and act on key practice metrics new patients, conversion, retention, and visit averages to drive continuous growthContribute to a positive, growth-minded culture that reflects the AlignLife missionQualificationsDoctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institutionActive Florida chiropractic license (or eligibility to obtain)A patient-first approach paired with a genuine growth and business-development mindsetStrong communication skills, especially in care-plan presentation and patient educationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, results-driven environmentPassion for natural, whole-body wellness and the AlignLife philosophy of healing from within
