With 20-35 hours a week, this role is perfect for someone who loves dogs, understands their needs, and enjoys working with pet parents to provide the best care possible.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Dog Day Care Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our furry campers and their pet parents have an exceptional experience. Your day-to-day will include overseeing the care and safety of dogs, managing daily operations, and supporting our team to maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment. You'll also interact with pet parents, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and respect. Attention to detail and a hard-working attitude are key to thriving in this role.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or working with animals.
- A strong understanding of dog behavior and care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with pet parents.
- Reliability, a strong work ethic, and great attention to detail.
- A respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions.
