Commercial Lines Account Manager

You’ll partner closely with producers and commercial lines managers to support mid‑sized accounts with professionalism, precision, and care. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing accurate and complete insurance applications using underwriting info provided by the producer Collaborating daily with the Commercial Lines Manager on key deadlines and ongoing projects Coordinating with internal service teams to ensure timely, client‑focused execution Supporting marketing efforts alongside your assigned Account Executive, including market selection and outreach Following up with carriers for quotations and ensuring timely proposal development Creating and revising proposals per Account Executive direction and producer/client meetings Verifying consistency between submissions, quotes, and final proposals Assisting producers with binder issuance and obtaining client sign‑offs Managing certificate issuance, invoicing, and policy checks Reviewing endorsements for accuracy and processing auto ID cards What You Bring to the Table Active Property & Casualty license in the state of Nevada Experience managing commercial insurance accounts, especially in contractor and construction segments Strong understanding of agency operations and account service workflows Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Skilled in navigating carrier rating software Experience with AMS360 is highly preferred Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Why Leavitt Insurance?
